Me and my husband are lucky to live in the beautiful village of Eze. We appreciate welcoming guests who wish to stay with us, take care to provide them with all the comforts they need and advise them on activities to be done in the surrounding area.

Property information

Studio in Eze village, very peaceful, perfectly located between Monaco and Nice (10 minutes from Monaco and 10 minutes from Nice). The studio located on the ground floor of a villa, with independent access, consists of a large room, a kitchenette (with fridge, sink, cooking plate, microwave, kettle, dishes, Nespresso machine, pans, stoves), a private bathroom (with shower), private toilet, and all the necessary comforts (hairdryer, iron, bed linens, etc.). The room is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm (or 2 twin beds of 80 cm), the mattresses and box springs are new, air conditioning, rolling shutters - external shutter (which ensure total darkness once closed). Several private and secure parking spaces inside the property are available to our guests. A garden area with table and chairs is available right in front of the bay window of our guests' room for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Discover Eze village, classified as the most beautiful village perched on the French Riviera. Eze is a charming, medieval village perched on its rock overlooking the sea and the entire Côte d'Azur, with its beautiful cobbled streets, the perfect place for people who love nature and hiking. You will be amazed to discover the magnificent view of the Mediterranean that is available to you in Eze, from the many hiking trails including the Nietzsche trail. The walk from this trail is just beautiful!! From the villa, it is very easy to get around by bus in Nice, Monaco and nearby towns as the bus stop is located just in front of the villa. The beaches of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Cap d'ail and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat are accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 83. Nice is accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 82. Monaco is accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 112
