Blenheim Way is a stylish 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 5 people with parking outside the property. It is located in a quiet residential area of Birmingham and due to its elevation has great views of the local area and is overlooked only by lovely tall trees. The apartment is only a 10 minute drive to Birmingham City centre where you can enjoy the activities, culture & culinary delights of the Second city. It is also only a short walk to local amenities and public transport. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, groups, contractors and business stays. Pets are welcome but check before booking as depends on the pet. Extra costs are payable The lounge is bright and airy with a navy feature wall and fireplace making it feel very cosy..There is a 2 seater sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. The apartment has Wifi a 40 inch TV /Virgin media . The well equipped white gloss kitchen has a washer/dryer, coffee machine, blender and all the equipment for your stay to make dining in easier.. The master bedroom is decorated in neutral whites and beiges. The Super king bed can be separated into 2 single beds which is all brand new together with all the bedding. The room also has a double and single wardrobe together with matching bedside table.

My partner Ryan has been a firefighter for 22 years and is also a musician. Blenheim Way has been a property of ours for 7 years. Its close proximity to the Alexander stadium during the Common Wealth games prompted us to start a serviced accommodation business of which the feedback from our guests has exceeded our expectations. We have run our own businesses for 20 years and have travelled substantially to understand that as a guest quality and comfort in all areas is paramount. Based on our experiences we ensure that we provide well stocked cupboard and fridge, toiletries and cleaning products. As we are located on a quiet road with little traffic a good night's sleep is guaranteed not only because of this, but because of the quality beds and bedding too. There is free parking available on the road outside the property.
