This is a 3 floors house that has just been renovated, with high ceilings and motion censored ceiling lights, carpet flooring. It includes 4 bedrooms, 3 on the second floor and 1 on the third and each room includes its own private bathroom. There is also a fenced front garden to enjoy the sun on a hot sunny day. The kitchen and the utilities room is the facilities shared between guests at this property, and of course the balcony facing the street. This listing is for only one of the bedrooms out of the whole building.
I am a sommelier which means I can help you out with picking out a good bottle of wine to take to the event you are visiting London for! I am mostly available during the daytime when the guests checkout. I am very friendly and I try to be as helpful as possible and if I am not available there will always be the lovely Ela who only lives only two streets down. Please never hesitate to contact us.
This is a quiet neighborhood, very friendly neighbors. This property is 5 mins away from Edgware tube station and Bus station which take you all the way to the heart of central London e.g. Tottenham court road, Leicester square, Kings cross, London bridge, Morden, Battersea power station, Camden town. Also, There's Night Buses which will operate all Night. On Edgware street you will fine the Broadwalk which includes Superdrug, JD Sports, Boots, Card Factory and TkMaxx. access to cash convertor only 2 mins walk. There is multiple international grocery stores that are open 24/7, Plus Sainsbury, Tesco and Iceland. The nearest airport Is Luton airport which is only about 21 miles away from this property, without traffic that's a 24 mins journey! And the second closest airport is London Heathrow airport Which is only About 26 Miles away which rounds up to 31 Mins!
