This spacious well presented property offers cosy country living with 21st century comfort. Nestled in the heart of the village, next to the friendly local pub and enjoys spectacular castle, mountain and costal views.
My husband Douglas is from Dornie, born and bred. His brother owns the Clachan Pub right next door to our Cottage so you can be rest assured its a lovely safe, homely, typical Highland pub.
Situated in the historic picturesque costal village of Dornie, located at the meeting point of Loch Duich, Loch Alsh and Loch Long and only a short walking distance from the world famous Eilean Donan Castle. Within easy reach of the Kyle of Lochalsh, Applecross, Plockton and the magical, mystical Isle of Skye. The immediate area offers excellent walking, hiking, cycling and mountain biking, with the high on the peaks of the nearby Five Sisters of Kintail or through the glens of the Falls of Glomach, one of Britains highest waterfall, in this area of outstanding natural beauty with and abundance of wildlife, making this all a fantastic base for your holiday.
