    The location is very near the beach and supermarkt. You can even cook there and make your own food. But there is a very nice Inn on the beach, where you get good food.

A beautiful bijou studio apartment only 100 metres from Perranporth beach and a short level walk to shops, restaurants and The Watering Hole pub which often hosts live bands. The SW Coast Path can be joined just down the road. This small but perfectly formed annex apartment is adjoined to the main house where we live, but is completely self-contained, has it's own private entrance and parking for one car. Entrance is from the parking area into a shared garden, and then through the apartment's front door into the main room. This is furnished with a double bed (4'6"), hanging rail and drawers, a folding table, two chairs, and a TV with Netflix and integrated DVD player (no terrestrial channels). In the same room is the fully equipped kitchenette, fitted with sink, two-ring electric hob, microwave and fridge. A shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin. The small enclosed garden is shared with us and our two children. There is a garden table and chairs that guests are welcome to use and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Perfect for couples or solo guests.
We are Jane and Nigel, we live in the main house next door to the apartment with our two children. We love where we live and will be very happy to recommend our favourite walks and places to go. We're on hand if you need us, but will endeavor not to disturb you unless there is something you need!
Perranporth is a small but vibrant village with numerous independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. A small supermarket is over the road from the property, open until 10pm each night. In the local area there are plenty of places to hire wetsuits and surf boards, there are also tennis courts, horse riding stables, kayaking, bowls and a championship golf course in the dunes. The South West Coast Path, for spectacular coastal hikes, is almost on the doorstep. The nearest airport is Newquay airport (approximately 14 miles away) and the nearest train station is Truro (including a mainline train to London Paddington). A frequent bus service connects Perranporth to Truro and Newquay.
