My home is a 1920's end of terrace.
The room is a 'small double' with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom.
Private access is through the garden.
My home is in a residential area of Exmouth.
Bus, train, shops and restaurants all within ten minutes walk.
The beach is only a 15 minute walk away and we are near the beautiful Exe estuary cycle path.
The street has become permit parking only!
There is a road 5 minutes away that almost always has spaces.
Blue badge holders can still park.
