The deposit will be returned within 7 business days of check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property to confirm no damage, loss, or violation of house rules has occurred. Parking- There is Free street parking available. As part of your reservation, a damage deposit of 250.00 is required. This will be fully refunded within 10 working days after check out, provided there is no damage to the property and our house rules have been followed.
