Welcome to our lovely 2-bedroom house at 33 Pembroke Road, SE25 6PB, perfect for up to 5 guests. Key Features • Transport: Just a 10-minute walk to Norwood Junction Station (trains to London Bridge in 13 minutes) and a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. • Amenities: Shops, supermarkets (Aldi & Tesco), cafes, and restaurants all nearby. • Parks: South Norwood Lake is a 15-minute walk away for a relaxing stroll. A comfortable home with excellent transport links and local conveniences. Other things to note Damage Deposit- A refundable security deposit is required for all reservations. The deposit will be returned within 7 business days of check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property to confirm no damage, loss, or violation of house rules has occurred. Parking- There is Free street parking available. As part of your reservation, a damage deposit of 250.00 is required. This will be fully refunded within 10 working days after check out, provided there is no damage to the property and our house rules have been followed.
