Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Payphone (honesty box). Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Mooring dyke (12m x 4.5m) for guests’ own boat. Rowing boat. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. The garden leads directly to the waterside.. Lovely waterside views. Set in a quiet, private lane, this delightful, well equipped holiday home is situated in the heart of Wroxham with lovely views from the living room and kitchen across its private, lawned garden, leading directly to the waterside, ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Cycle hire and day launches may be hired locally and moored in our quay heading. The coastline for excellent sandy beaches is only 12 miles away and the city of Norwich with its cathedrals, museums, theatres, cafes and shops is 8 miles. BeWILDerwood in Horning offers an outdoor tree house adventure with zip wires, jungle bridges and marsh walks. Sprowston golf course is 5 miles away. Shops and pubs 200 metres. Free WiFi
