A spacious modern house with kitchen, dining area, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sitting rooms, french doors to the enclosed landscaped secure back garden with patio which has great view of the Mourne Mountains. Private space with off street parking for 3 cars. Five minute walk from Royal Co. Down golf course and Slieve Donard hotel! A quiet residential street 5 mins walk from beach and town. Great views of the mournes from the property. Private garden area perfect for relaxing or BBQ
