Home to a king-size and a twin, both served by a bathroom, this property can sleep a total of four guests. The apartment is finished with a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside there is a balcony. 1 x On-road zone G & H parking permit available for nearby area until 21 Jan 2026 (subject to spaces being available) and subject to council renewal. Nautical Breeze is a wonderful base from which to enjoy a relaxing retreat to the magnificent Dorset Coast. A lift is available to the apartment. Whilst this apartment is accessible by a lift, this access to the property should not be solely relied upon as if not in operation due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the Nearest pay and display parking are at: Britannia car park, Cosens Quay car park & harbourside car park a few minutes walk.
