We are a husband and wife team that have been hoteliers looking after your holiday needs since 2011. Nestled in the heart of Paignton, our beautiful Victorian villa built around 1860 offers more than just a place to stay—it’s a home away from home. Whether you're visiting family, exploring the coast, or simply taking time to unwind, we provide a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with all the comforts you’d expect from quality licenced guest accommodation. We make your comfort our priority and take genuine pleasure in warmly welcoming new and returning guests. Your stay is designed to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We are proud to hold a Visit England 4 Star Silver Bed & Breakfast rating. We are very well situated with our own large front car park with additional parking at the rear with 2 EV charging points. The beach, town, harbour, rail and bus stations and an array of restaurants, bars and cafes within 150 metres level walk. Many of the Bay’s attractions are nearby including the Steam Railway and Paignton Zoo. We will endeavour to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
