If you are looking for a modern & cosy living space, The Maisonette is for you! Perfect for couples or individuals. It offers a private, comfortable experience with a self-contained double bedroom, spacious bathroom. With a dedicated working area, fibre speed broadband & a Smart TV. Private access to a large garden and outdoor sofas, with dining & bbq area for guests to enjoy- delight on a sunny day. The self contained space is part of a townhouse & gives a homely feel for relaxing or working.
You’ll have the whole space to yourself but we can be contacted if you need anything.
With easy motorway access direct to Leicester, Nottingham and Birmingham. 15 minutes to East Midlands Airport with buses every 20 minutes and 5 minutes to Loughborough train station. There are a range of local amenities. opposite with an Aldi supermarket & various restaurants. The village of Quorn is a 10 min walk with plenty of pubs and restaurants If you want to unwind and enjoy the local countryside, there are a number of cross-country walks to be explored It is residential neighbourhood, so please respect the neighbours and limit noise after 10pm.
