• Our Full English breakfast is served in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill located on the ground floor, Full English Breakfast is included in the Club Room reservations.

• The hotel Pet Policy allows maximum of 1 pet in our dedicated rooms for an additional £25 cleaning fee. We do not allow pets allowed in Suites.

• The Hotel Hoppa Bus service operates between Terminals 2, 3 and 5 at the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from bus driver or the self-service machines from inside the terminal buildings.

The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel.
