The Haven is a beautiful Georgian sea front house House with a NITB 3 star rating. Our Guest rooms are decorated in a contemporary style designed to create a tranquil relaxing atmosphere. All rooms are en-suite, with flat screen TVs, and tea and coffee facilities. It is the perfect location for the end of your special day. The Haven has eight bedrooms that can accommodate 17 guests. The accommodation consists of: The Bridal Suite, 2 double bedrooms,2 double superior bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a family room that has a double and single bed. The price that we charge is room rate only, we are unable to offer breakfast but there is an excellent cafe just around the corner.
Newcastle is a small town in County Down, Northern Ireland. This seaside resort lies on the coast line of the Irish Sea at the foot of Slieve Donard, the highest mountain in the North of Ireland, and is known for its sandy beach and the Royal County Down Golf Club. The town aims to promote itself as the "activity resort" for Northern Ireland and its most special attribute is its location at the foot of The Mourne Mountains. As of March 2017 Newcastle is official known as Northern Ireland’s first autism-friendly town.
