Apartment complex New Gudauri (Alpic) is located in the most popular area of Gudauri. Our apartment is bright and sunny on the 4th floor. You can enjoy fascinating view of the mountains from the apartment windows.
Our apartment has its own dining area, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. The apartment has its own bathroom, also TV with flat screen and Free Wi-fi.
You will find linen and towels in the apartment. There is 24-hour reception service at the apartment complex. Receptionists speak English and Russian. We also have a ski storage room on the first floor.
The ski slope and Gondolas are a 1-2 minute walk from the apartment. Around the New Gudauri apartment complex you can enjoy variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, a swimming pool, a spa and a casino.
