Welcome to our cozy house in Batumi! There is a heated swimming pool on the property. The house has comfortable accommodation for 8 people. It is available for rent without an owner. The house is located 15 minutes away from the center of Batumi and has a beautiful sea view. Inside the house, you will find: ✅Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, air grill, and utensils. ✅A TV, a washing machine, air conditioning in each bedroom, and a heating system.Bath towels, pool towels, and hygiene products are provided for each guest. There is a barbecue area, sun loungers, and parking for three cars in the yard.
