“鉄道駅やコルキスの泉までともに徒歩で10分かからずバスターミナルからBoltでの移動でも5ラリの距離と立地は申し分無し。部屋は広くセンスのあるインテリア等に囲まれ暮らすように過ごせた。シャワーの水圧は良かったが水温がMAXで40度あるかないかだったのが気になった（季節的に制限してるのか年中そうなのかは不明）。リビング内のベッドとは別に個室のベッドルームもあったがエアコンは設置されてなく窓もないため夏はドアを閉めて利用するのは厳しそう（ヒーターはある）。”
