Our aim is to give our guests the opportunity to experience living the Greek island lifestyle in the comfort of their own villa over the well-known beaches of Ammopi bay. Aelia Luxury Villa is an exclusive choice for guests to fulfill their dream holidays in an unspoiled Greek island such as Karpathos with its unique beaches and traditional villages.
Our main goal, as owner of this private estate, living all year round in Karpathos, is to make help guests discover the beauties and the unique traditions of our island and its people. We will be very happy to meet our guests' special needs and assist them in every way in order to make their dream holiday come true and make them feel they have found a second home!
Aelia Luxury Villa is situated only five minutes walk away from the coast of Ammopi resort with its well-known sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear and shallow waters. This makes the accommodation ideal for families with small children, couples and large groups. The location is exceptional since it is 7km away from Karpathos Town(Pigadia) and 12 km away from the area of Afiartis (Karpathos Airport) ideal for lovers of surfing and kite-surfing!
