It was built with passion, with the aim of offering top quality accommodation in combination with its unique location. We treat our guests as friends and always do our best to make their stay with us a unique experience.

Property information

Areti Hotel is located right on the beautiful Paradisos beach which is supervised by a municipal lifeguard and is characterized by a blue flag of clean coast. It consists of 3 floors and has double & triple rooms as well as 2-bedroom apartments, all with balcony. The rooms on the ground floor are ideal for families with small children due to direct access to the garden and the beach. On the 1st and 2nd floors unobstructed sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided on the beach as well as ample parking for all hotel guests. Breakfast is provided. Our guests choose their favorite items from the variety of buffet dishes and can take it to the garden or the balcony of their room enjoying the view. During the day they can enjoy light meals and refreshing drinks at the snack bar, admiring the sea view. Daily room cleaning service. Change of towels every other day, change of sheets every three days. The hotel staff is always available and willing to answer your questions and help with all the information for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Neighbourhood information

The Paradisos area is located on the west side of Neos Marmaras and is known for its beach with clear waters and magnificent sunsets, making it a popular spot for tourists. Along the Paradisos beach there are restaurants for your meals. For your daily needs in close proximity you will find a super market and bakery, gas station, bus station. For your shopping and evening excursions the center of Neos Marmaras is just 1 km away. Just 50 m. from the hotel there is a stop for the tourist train that tours the area, an experience that young and old love. Do not forget to visit the traditional settlement "Parthenonas" 3 km from our hotel as well as other beaches in the area.
