Another bedroom feature also an en-suite walk in closet. The third bedroom features also a king size bed with balcony and sea views. A shared master bathroom with bathtub and hydromassage features awaits you for endless wellness time. All bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. There is secure parking space for one car • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 300 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day. Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed events are not allowed. Climate Resilience Fee A 8,00 (April-Oct)/night/villa & A 2,00 (Nov-March)/night/villa (both subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. Must be paid in euros at checkin to your Host
