Without a doubt one of the best, beach side apartments in Artemida The apartment is spacious with an amazing large wrap around balcony, that has views over the boat harbour and the sea. It is centrally located close to everything, including walking distance to : - Clean sandy beaches - Restaurants - Shops - 40Minutes to Athens - 20Minutes to Rafina Ferry services to the Islands. - 20 Minutes to the Airport The apartment has two bedrooms with two bathrooms and can easily sleep up to 8 persons. Free WiFi is provided in the summer months. It is warm and sunny for winter use, which we offer special rates for extended stays.
I am the owner and have Greek heritage, but live permanently in Melbourne Australia. My family uses the apartment for a limited period in the summer only, therefore allowing us to let it out to Guests the rest of the year. Recently It has been fully renovated It has a fantastic view of the ocean. and allowing the bright Aegean sun to enter the apartment in winter, therefore making it very suitable for winter use. We are open to offers for extended stays, with special rates. John
It is a short 3 minute walk to the main beach, of Artemida, and also the shops, super markets, and many restaurants. The Athens airport is a 20 minute drive and the City of Athens a 40 minute drive. Ferries leave from the Port of Rafina, for all the Aegean islands, which is a 20 minute drive from Artemida.
