Property info

The complex built in anti-seismic modern technology consists of 6 detached Superior Villas with private Heated Pool and insists in an area of 4.800 sqm, with a garden of 3.000 sqm and the private parking of 1.200 sqm. Each Villa is 88 sqm and has a private pool of 4*2,5*1,2 meters, private terrace of 60 sqm and a private balcony of 12 sqm. Each Superior Villa, for a better experience, can accommodate up to 6 guests in two separate areas and floors. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a double bed, turned into a relaxing sofa and a bathroom. The lower level consists of the main bedroom, a sitting area and another bathroom. The Superior Villa is fully equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, safety box, satellite LCD TV, direct telephone, mini-bar, kettle with free tea/coffee, hairdryer, bath towels, pool towels, slippers, luxury toiletries and free wi-fi internet access.

Ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood and a flat area, the accommodation is suitable for settling down after a walk in the commercial areas and chilling out. It is not too far from those beloved landscapes: The suggestive Katharos Beach Restaurant with tasty menu and best sunsets is coming back soon, the picturesque and hidden gem of Ammoudi Bay with its typical tavernas sight on sea and the main town of Oia, where you will find many great restaurants and cafe or simply stroll through the streets for a beautiful walk to enjoy the beauty of the caldera and soak up the atmosphere; Katharos Lounge is one hundred meters right down below towards the beach, Oia is a ten minutes walk up the hill and Ammoudi Bay is a walk down as well.
