Το κάνει μοναδικό η τοποθεσία του,βρίσκεται στη καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης της Κέρκυρας. Στη διάσημη πλατεία Liston. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε μουσεία ,όπως κ σε εστιατόρια καφέ ,μπαρ. Επίσης μπορείς να πας στη θάλασσα κ με τα πόδια. This property is located right in on the main square which is one of the largest in Europe. It faces the famous Old Fort in a fabulous location.
