Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο χώρο (studio), ισόγειο στο κεντρικό δρόμο της Ανδρίτσαινας, 38 τμ . Στο χώρο θα βρείτε ενα διπλό κρεββάτι και ένα μονό. Επίσης διαθέτει καναπέ κρεββάτι που μπορεί να κοιμηθούν ένας ενήλικας και ένα παιδί έως 12-15 ετών. Δηλαδή μπορεί να φιλοξενηθεί πλήρως μια τετραμελής οικογένεια. Το μπάνιο διαθέτει ευρύχωρη ντουζιέρα. Ο χώρος έχει ψυγειάκι και νεροχύτη. Δεν διαθέτει ηλεκτρική κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα. Ο χώρος είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος το έτος 2021.
