A modern and comfortable condo build in 2021. Just 10 min drive distance from Syntagma square (4,5 Km) and Acropolis (4km). The apartment consists of two bedrooms , a living room with dinning table a fully equiped kitchen with espresso maker and washing machine and a cosy balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner. The rooftop of the building is also available for our guests to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the city sky. A small shared pool is also offered perfect for a quick dip on a scorching summer day in Greece. Ideal for families, friends or couples travelling together, whether for leisure or business.
