The house is located 80 m. from the sea.The beach is organized, with 2 beach bars, sandy beach, and lovely clean sea. The house is on the first floor and has a view of the beach. At the first floor there are the kitchen, the living room, one bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom is in the attic as well as the second toilet. It has 1000m. yard, pool & kiosk with barbecue facilities.Within 1 km there is a village where there are food shops(cafes, taverns, bars), supermarkets, bakeries, etc.
