Property information

Ideal location in the area of Rio as it is situated from the General University Hospital of Rio a 10 minute walk or 1 minute by car. The University of Patras is a 12 minute walk and 2 minutes by car. Rio-Antirio Bridge can be crossed by anyone on foot and be enjoyable for its beautiful scenery. The caffeterias/clubs are a 5 minute walk and the distance from the sea/ ferry boat is 500 meters.

Neighbourhood information

In a close distance from the apartment are minimarket, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, fast food and the train station to access the center of Patras. You can visit : - Church of St. Andrew - Achaia Klaus Winery - Archaeological Museum of Patras - Castle of Patras - Mycenaean Park of Patras-Voudeni - Roman Conservatory of Patras - Apollo Municipal Theater - Castle of Rio - Castle of Antirrio - Picturesque Nafpaktos
