Wonderful beach house and 2 studios on Simousi beach. The yard is touching the sand. As all non orgnised beaches of Kythnos, the last part of the way is a dirt road of about 2 km, so a 4x4 is recommended :)
On Simousi beach there are no restaurants or bars. You will find them in Panagia Kanala just 10 mins from the house and Chora, 15 mins away. Simousi will be your own private beach :)
