Villa Aliki is a comfortable 2-story building with its own private pool and breathtaking views of the blue Cretan Sea and the White Mountains.
The villa was built in 2018 in the style of a traditional Cretan stone house. The natural stone construction paired with dark wooden beams on the ceilings and on the door and window lintels create a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The villa features a large cooking and dining area and a well sized living room with large flat screen TV and Blue Ray Player.
For barbecue lovers, there is a BBQ grill available, which is perfect for cozy evenings with family or friends.
The villa has a large balcony on the first floor and 2 terraces on the ground flor, One is near the pool and offers wonderful sea view while the other offers nice views toward the mountains.
Hello, my name is Andreas. I am the owner of Villa Aliki and I am pleased that you would like to rent the villa.
On my first visit to Crete I fell in love with the country and its people. Five years ago a dream came true and I was able to have Villa Aliki built in the traditional style. Since then, I have continually added and optimized the equipment and surounding area. Now everything is ready for a wonderful vacation stay.
With Isabelle and Christine I have two very competent and friendly ladies for the housekeeping and a professional company takes care of the pool service.
Xamoudochori is a very small, traditional village on the Cretan north coast.
Villa Aliki overlooks the village of Xamoudochori and is surrounded by a large olive grove. The associated property measures 2600 square meters.
The villa offers breathtaking views of the blue Cretan Sea and the White Mountains (Lefka Ori).
The special location and the large plot area offer a very high level of privacy.
At the same time, there are only short distances to the surrounding touristic places (Platanias, Agia Marina, Chania, ....) and the outstanding attractions of Western Crete such as Balos Beach, Phalasarna Beach, Elafonisi Beach, Samaria Gorge, excavations at the ancient site of Aptera and many others.
