Apartman se nalazi na jedinstvenoj lokaciji: 100 m od poznate pješčane plaže, 10 minuta do centra grada, 5 minuta do trajektne luke, glavne željezničke stanice i glavne autobusne stanice kao i bus terminala za aerodrom. Kamena zgrada s ograđenim dvorištem i osiguranim parkirnim mjestom nalazi se u jednom od najpoželjnijih djelova grada. Video nadzor se nalazi u stubištu zgrade i na vanjski dio zgrade s parkirnim mjestom.
Do nedavno sam bila u radnom odnosu u dječjem vrtiću, a sada sam u mirovini pa se mogu posvetiti svim svojim hobijima: tangu, yogi i dugim šetnjama uz more. Veselog sam duha , znatiželjna, spontana, i otvorena za nove spoznaje. S obzirom da sam dugo radila u turizmu ( animator i vodič ), obožavam kontakt sa stranim gostima. Uvijek me veseli kada im mogu prenijeti moje oduševljenje i ljubav prema mom gradu. Uvijek sam spremna odgovoriti gostima na sva njihova pitanja i proslijediti im sve informacije vezane za njihov boravak, kao što su događanja u gradu, obilazak važnih lokacija popraćeno fotografijama kao i ponuda određenih izleta.
Ova četvrt je jedna od najatraktivnijih lokacija u gradu zbog blizine plaže, trajekta, busa, vlaka i starog dijela grada.Zbog svih ovih činjenica ova četvrt je dosta tražena kako za mladu tako i za stariju populaciju. U blizini su restorani, trgovine hrane, kafići, diskoteka i predivna šetnica uz more.
