CASA SAINA is a family house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with Rovinj city center and Monte Mulini beach in the walking distance. The nearest beach is located in 5 minutes walking distance. It consists of 5 Studio Apartments. The Apartments consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room with sofa-bed (which can be used as an additional bed for 1 person) and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, kitchen utensils...) and a terrace perfect to enjoy in a morning coffee, a meal, or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening. Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, these apartments are an ideal place for couples or small families to spend the holidays. Everything you may need is at walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a 7 minute walk distance, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, some dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured. A private parking place is available. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
