The View Residence is recently renovated modern house that meets all of desire for your relaxing vacation in quite area. First beach is 15 minutes away but you can also enjoy our private swimming pool just in front of your apartment. Sine The View Residences is situated on the hill from your pool or living room you will have a stunning view of sea, island of Krk, Opatija and Rijeka. In front of the house there is parking space for your car. In Crikvenica city center you can find beautiful bars & coffee shops, restaurants and if you wish to try your luck there is even a Casino. Crikvenica is also known by its beautiful sand beach. Public transportation is near so this residence can also be used without a car.
After 20 years of work in marketing in global corporations I have decided to build a place that would give every person with busy lifestyle opportunity to rest with all of the convenience of modern living in small but beautiful place on Croatian part of Adriatic sea, Property is operated by me and family members and we will do our best to make you feel comfortable.
