The Anchor sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, one twin and a double and then a master with a double bed and sitting area. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is one bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath. There is an open fire in the livingroom and oil fired central heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle toaster and toasty maker. A full sized fridge and freezer. A dining table that seats 6, Seating in the Livingroom for 6 too. There is a picnic table and BBQ in the garden and BBQ coals, Firewood and Heating oil are included in the price. We have Sky Q on a 32 inch hd LG TV, a DVD Player and Three Dongle Wifi. Bookings for Easter, June to September, Halloween, Christmas and New Years are for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

The Anchor is in the heart of the village, we have Killyhoey beach across the road, the golf course too. Arnolds is 100 meters away and the village maybe 120. Moores shop is next door with a great butchers counter for BBQ-ing and a newly opened deli and off-licence. There are great people and great food here too. We never miss an opportunity to eat pizza in The Rusty Oven or Breakfast in Lizzys or the Rugby with a pint and plate of ribs in Arnolds. Patsy Dans for the Ceol agus Craic and The Shack for a coffee with Tom and Min down in Marblehill, just 5 minutes drive away. For the pampering there is The Shandon Spa and then Narosa and Jaws for the Surfing and SUP-ing. There is the Greendoor Gallery and Muck and Muffins for local art and crafts.
