Elegantly restored one bedroom apartment in an authentic 1840s Georgian building in the heart of the city. Enjoy this classy, comfortable home with private entrance and underfloor heating. Cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and then head out to enjoy the attractions of Limerick historic area. Be it the galleries, theatres, museums, history (King John's Castle), sports (Munster Rugby) or shopping, wining and dining all on your doorstep. Parking directly outside (paid Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm).
Situated in a beautiful redbrick townhouse built in 1840, the bright apartment comprises of an open plan living and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Packed with charm, it is perfect for business or a city break. Ideal for a couple but accommodates up to four - two in a bedroom with a king size bed and two on a sofa bed in the living room.
Please note there are stairs both outside and inside the apartment.
