The apartment is located close to the Baháʼí Gardens, German Colony, Rambam Medical Center, Elijah´s Cave and additional attractions in Haifa. A bus station (Egged line no. 6) is located just across the street. The apartment is in a normal old Israeli block, it isn´t a luxury building, the apartment itself though is fully renovated and exactly as in the photos, the building is only partially renovated. There is no private parking but you can park your car in a free spot on the street. Abbas Street tends to fill-up quickly, so be sure to check the streets in the surrounding as well.
