A nice guest room which includes a kitchenette, and a separate . One corner sofa which converts into a comfortable queen size bed. Room has a private shower-room fully renovated in a stylish way, clean, and functional. Suitable for singles or couples looking to save on lodging cost by cozying in. Located in beautiful Ramat Poleg. 7 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minutes walk to a major shopping mall. Public transportation is just around the corner
66 years old, retired .After many years of hard work , running a small successful business i finely have the time to travel and see the world. Since I love people I have started private hosting , Great experience so far.
First, and maybe most important, location is excellent, from all aspects. Ramat Poleg-Ir Yamim are the most desirable neighborhood in Netanya. Far from the busy and polluted downtown, yet, surrounded with all services you can think about. A beautiful new Mall, Supermarkets, convenient stores, fast food and gourmet restaurants, fashion stores, qute little coffee shops, drugstores and more. Full of tourist attractions. You can have an idea by visiting the official municipality web site . In addition, Transportation is great, train, busses, shuttles. Ramat Poleg is 26.5 km to Tel - Aviv, before you notice you are there.
