The place is located 4km from airport,5km from aluva railway station,2km from theruviranekulam temple, 6 km from rajagere hospital 4 km from kalady juction The place is located in a very good Neighborhood with basic amenities nearby supermarket,grocery and restaurants Periyar lake nearby 500m
