Set against the backdrop of spectacular Humayun's Tomb, this beautiful Boutique Hotel in South Delhi is a park facing, three storey corner building and provides a great option for short and long-term stay for anyone visiting Delhi. It is especially suited for United Nations officials, Diplomatic staff and Corporate executives in New Delhi because of its location. All our rooms have a unique modern design and are decorated with interesting art and antiques from India and surrounding countries which gives our guests an amazing sense of place. All of the rooms have balconies from which the guests can enjoy views to Humayun's Tomb.

This project began for us with a spontaneous decision to move from Boston, USA to New Delhi, India in March of 2004. We left our respective jobs, rented our house and flew to New Delhi with a few suitcases to begin our new life in India, which coincidentally was just one block away from Bnineteen. One of our goals was to have a home in New Delhi where Rajive grew up. For the first year in India, we looked all over Delhi for a place where we could feel at home, but nothing compared to Nizamuddin East. Then, an advertisement in the paper came in June of 2005 and Bnineteen was for sale. We rang the doorbell and asked the owners if we could buy the house and that was the beginning of this project Bnineteen Luxury Hotel. After a long and tedious permitting process the work finally began in October 2005 to renovate and transform the old house into what it is today. We moved in the building towards the end of construction with the dust, the heat, the noise and many workers on site.
