Cozy apartment for rent in the heart of Montefalco. The apartment has a double bedroom, a spacious living room with dining table and couch, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower. There are also 2 terraces, one with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and Assisi, the second in the private entrance area. The terraces are ideal for relaxing in the sun, having breakfast, dining in the evening or for an aperitivo at sunset. Due to the central location not far from the piazza, all sights, viewpoints and all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. At the same time, the apartment offers an ideal retreat to relax and unwind.
My name is Alessia and I was born in Montefalco, after several years spent abroad, I returned to this beautiful town in the green heart of Italy! The love for travel, both professionally and privately, gave me the interest to renovate this family apartment and make it available to those who wish to visit Montefalco. I look forward to seeing you!
Montefalco, with its beautiful old town and art treasures, is officially one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Italy (I borghi piu belli d’Italia). Because of its altitude and the many viewpoints that offer a wonderful view of the surroundings, Montefalco is also called "the balcony of Umbria". The town is an excellent starting point to explore the other natural beauties, small and large towns and the wine cellars of the area. In addition to the traditional textile production, Montefalco has become the gastronomic center of the region with many excellent restaurants, some of them offer outstanding Italian cuisine. In the surrounding hills, not only best olive oil but also Sagrantino wine, which is known beyond the region, is grown. A visit to one of the many wineries should not be missed on a visit to Montefalco!
