Because of the Italian law on the short term rental will be ask to you to sign an agreement at the check-in. In the agreement will be written some terms of your stay like your name, nights of stay, price etc. After booking you will receive by email a copy of the agreement to sign :) - The municipality tax is already in the price - The Italian laws on Tourist Leases do not allow the owner to supply food (of any kind, like salt, sugar water etcetc ) and do not allow linen to be changed during the stay.
