This house is made unique by a total renovation that took place in 2022 which allowed us to equip the apartment with all possible comforts. In addition, valuable and technologically advanced materials have been used (latest generation air conditioning, wellness, chromotherapy, automatic electric curtains). It is made unique by the PHILIPS HUE lighting which guarantees particular well-being thanks to the various possible settings (coloured, soft, relaxing, etc.).
Angelo and Stefania, the owners, make use of the collaboration of Antonella who takes care of welcoming guests upon their arrival. On site there will be reception staff and present for any inconvenience and reachable by phone or SMS 24 hours a day.
Sardinia, Costa Smeralda, the town is called Golfo Aranci. the house is immersed in a quiet residence, with the typical characteristics of seaside villages. Its proximity to the sea allows you to have cool evenings in any summer period. The house is 230 meters from the most beautiful beach (the one in the photos). The town is easily reachable on foot along the Golfo Aranci seafront characterized by bars, restaurants, fishmongers, ice cream parlors, markets and any other type of service. At least 7 other beaches are within walking distance with a short walk. In the village every evening there is entertainment for young and old, the rides are always present. Sardegna, Costa Smeralda, il paese di Golfo Aranci è a 8 km da PORTO ROTONDO e circa 24 km da PORTO CERVO Golfo Aranci e' interamente percorribile a piedi. Market, bar, ristoranti ed ogni altro servizio sono disponibili nelle vicinanze della casa. A Golfo Aranci è attivo un servizio di autobus che la collega a Olbia e quindi al porto e all'aeroporto. A Golfo Aranci è presente la stazione dei treni. A Golfo Aranci è presente il porto che collega la Sardegna a Livorno e Civitavecchia.
