Tenuta Schifanoia is an historical organic farm in Mugello once owned by the Medici Family which now is focused on sustainable organic production of wheat, chickpeas, and spelt. The farm today offers a number of lodging solutions for guests willing to enjoy the wonderful scenery and its delicious products.

Property info

Borgo Scaffaia is a renovated farmhouse which offers suites as well as one and two bedroom residences. The suites can sleep from two to four people and include air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom, free Starlink Wi-Fi, and free parking. Each residence comes with a kitchen, a living room, a private bathroom, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free parking onsite. Guests can have breakfast in the morning for the price of 12 euros per person per day. Breakfast is buffet style with both cold and warm dishes and it includes cereals, fresh fruits, bread, eggs, cheese, yogurt, pastries, coffee and tea. We also have a small Chef's Table at Borgo Scaffaia where we can serve lunch and dinner to Guests. Lunches and Dinners need to be booked at least 7 days in advanced. Menu's varies depending on the season. Guests have also access to a shared outdoor space including a Finnish hot tub, sun loungers, a BBQ, and an outdoor seating/dining table.

Neighborhood info

Borgo Scaffaia is located right outside the town of San Piero a Sieve. It is an ideal location to stay at while exploring the area, or taking part in a race at the Mugello track or enjoying many of the sport events in the region.
