Nice and comfy appartment in a mezzanine of an elegant historical building dating back to 1930/1940, fully renovated on may 2018 located in the hearth of our ancient city. It is fitted with two TV and an air conditioner, it consist of two adjoining bedrooms, breakfast zone, kitchenette with fridge, microwawe, travel iron and a bathroom with sink, wide shower, wc, bidet and hairdrier. It's tastefully decorated in a simple and fresh way, ideal for families of maximum four members.
Our apartment is located in the hearth of the Spartan city, also known as "The city of the two seas" and "dolphin's city". It is right a minute on foot from the main street "Federico Di Palma". Several stores, bars and restaurants are very nearby, also there are various historical buildings like the national archeological museum "MArTA", the Aragonese castle (Sant'Angelo's Castle) with his rotating bridge (called Ponte Girevole or San Francesco di Paola bridge), the ancient "San Cataldo" cathedral in the middle of the old borough rich of hypogaeums and history...
