A lovely newly refurbished apartment with a marvelous view over the lake and the hills, just two minutes walking from the center and the famous chestnut path. Located on the 4th floor of a quiet street, the apartment has been completely renovated in October 2022, and has a big and bright open-plan living area, with a modern kitchen and 2 balconies (with lake view and mountain view). The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a beautiful view over the hills.

The apartment is located in a quiet dead-end street, just outside the busy pedestrian centre, but still two minutes walking from it and from the lake. In just a few minutes, you can walk to the lake and around the centre of Stresa (for pedestrian only), where yo will find the main restaurants and bars
