The “Casa del Colibrì” is an apartment located in the center of Lecco, within a small and quiet residential context of a few units, only 50 meter from the lake and 600 meters from the station. The location of Casa del Colibrì is particularly interesting, as it’s only 1 minute from the historic center with bars, shops and restaurants, just a few meters from the lakefront promenade and from the embarkation of boats for Lake of Como navigation, remaining anyhow in a quiet and reserved environment. This attic flat has been recently renovated and newly furnished in 2018. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen with dishes, fridge, oven, dishwasher and hob. The living area is equipped with a TV, a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area, whereas the bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, with a nice view of the mountains of Lecco. It has independent thermo regulation and air conditioning system. At extra cost, it is also available a large parking place in the same building. This apartment can comfortably host four guests for a weekend, a business trip or a lovely holiday between our lake and mountains. We wait for you !
