About this property

Surrounded by a park with century-old trees, Casa Sull'Albero is a modern property featuring a swimming pool, a wellness area and a cinema room. Located in Malgrate, on the shores of Lake Como, this property is 1.5 km from Lecco centre. Offering panoramic views of the lake or garden, the soundproofed rooms and suites come with air conditioning, free WiFi and a 32” satellite LCD TV. They feature minimalist décor, floor-to-ceiling windows and parquet floors. The private bathroom includes free toiletries and a hairdryer. The philosophy of Casa sull’Albero is based on strong values and shared by all women and men who take part into project. For us hospitality is confidence and elegance. We offer an exclusive place, but we don’t like to show off. We take care of details and we offer a different experience from the usual hotel with the opportunity to experience fully Como Lake , its valleys, Brianza and the city of Milan. The respect of nature and of the environment is one of our values. Freedom and privacy are our strong values, since we are different from any other hotel or b&b. We offer rooms of the highest level of quality and comfort and a dwelling, where our guests can move as if they were at home. Our guests can go in and out freely, consume the products of the Honesty Kitchen without asking, go to the gym, to the pool or in the park. Freedom and privacy is knowing that our staff is able to offer assistance and service when needed, as well as for dinner at a restaurant, or a drink or a snack served. Casa sull’Albero is a dream place, where our guests can relax and enjoy peace and tranquillity, escaping from their everyday life.
The hospitality is for us kindness and availability of the staff to the guests, attention in the preparation and presentation of rooms, efficiency and ability to let the guest fully enjoy our land.
