The apartment (which was recently and completely renovated with high standards) is strategically located about 100 meters from the entrance to the Molentargius Park and just 600 meters from the well known Poetto beach (easily accessible without using transportation).
Within 400 meters there are: 3 markets, 1 pharmacy, 8 bars / cafes, a few restaurants and pizzerias and various shops. Just 30 meters away there are the stops of the bus that connects the centers of the Metropolitan City. The Radio Taxi service stop is 400 meters away.
I am sure that when you leave the Domus Patrizia at the end of your holiday, you will regret not having planned a longer stay and hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy all that is beautiful, good and interesting is proposed by this seaside resort. from the Host Pietro, who will be able to share with you many interests, passions, suggestions and love for his homeland.
