Wi-Fi - elevator - 2nd floor This beautiful three bedrooms apartment (2 with double beds and 1 sofa bed 110x190), is located in the historical and vibrant area of Rome between the Colosseum and S.Giovanni in Laterano. It is a comfortable place where to stay, with excellent transport links. You’re just 7 minutes walk away from the Colosseum and a 10 minutes walk from the tube station (red or blue line). Explore the neighborhood and enjoy this bustling part of Rome!
We are a couple loving nature, sport, sea and motorbike. We have two delicious daughters and live with them in Rome, the most beautiful City in the world! I like good food and, moreover, good wine and music :-) Our guests are welcomed by people we trust, they know Rome like the back of their hands. They will provide welcome and assistance before arrival and during the stay, making sure everything goes smoothly.
San Giovanni is one of Rome’s most densely populated districts. Not far from the city centre, it’s loved for its shopping street Via Appia Nuova and Via Merulana, besides the lively flea market of Via Sannio (every morning along the street). You'll find many different places to visit here, from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Scala Santa (“Holy Stairs”), the Basilica of San Clemente or Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and of course, the Colosseum. Enjoy a historical walk in the city center directly starting from the flat! You can reach from there Piazza Venezia in only 20 minutes walk! On weekends, the ancient Appia Antica Park is a great place for strolling or cycling, or if you’re looking for a quiet and romantic atmosphere you can take a long walk through it and discover its archaeological monuments and nature trails. You can easily reach the Park by public transport.
