Property information

Real tuscany apartment in double families villa ,with parking, in countryside . Far away about 1,7 km from the tram that will take you directly to the center in about 13 minutes , This is a touristic rent ,we don't give hotel service, but we will be happy to help you in your needs .The road to reach us is for the last part uphill, so if the guests are not good walkers, we recommend the use of a car or a taxi to move easily and reach public transport, which are very convenient to go to the center in a few minutes. If you have a car, the parking lot is private and closed by a gate.

Neighbourhood information

The house in real countryside , but always in town . The bus stop is about 1.2 km from the house ,and the tramstop is about 1.7 km away . One third of the road is uphill ,and it is paved . Pets are allowed with prior owner approval .
