The villas are located on a hill overlooking the sea with breathtaking views, situated within the Country Paradise complex at Punta su Torrione, a few kilometres by car from Stintino. In the immediate vicinity there are services such as bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, ice cream parlour, ATM, laundrette and shops. The nearby beach of Le Saline is only 3 km away, the famous beach of La Pelosa 10 km. FLAT SERVICES Shared swimming pool, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning, 1 sun umbrella per flat toaster, iron and ironing board ( on request), furnished patio or balcony bathroom with bath or shower, barbecue ( on request), equipped kitchenette. FACILITY SERVICES reception office 09:00 -13:00 and 16:30 -20:00 WI-FI reception area car park INCLUDED: energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), first supply of towels and bed linen (change of towels and bed linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out), use of shared swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

The residence is a complex of villas set on a hill overlooking the sea with breathtaking views, located within the Country Paradise complex at Punta su Torrione, a few kilometres by car from Stintino. In the immediate vicinity there are services such as bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, ice cream parlour, ATM, laundrette and shops (the opening of these services is at the discretion of private managers, normally from June to September). The residential complex is located on a hill that plunges steeply into the so-called ‘mare di fuori’, the western part of Stintino. The coast on this side of the land is high and jagged and alternates between sand and pebble coves. The nearby beach of Le Saline, on the inner coast, which is more sheltered and characterised by its shallow sloping seabed, is only 3 km away, while the famous beach of La Pelosa is 10 km away. Therefore, the use of a car is suggested.
